Our Conference is a day long empowering event for girls ages 8-13. Through out the day,
the participants build their “Confidence Tool Kit” to help them navigate Tween and Teen Life.
Their Tool Kit includes concepts on growth mindset, health, fitness, body image, self esteem, community, bullying and self-defence.
The Conference has five different parts.
We have stage presenters who teach one of our Girls on Fire Pillars from the stage (Mindset, Health, Creativity, Kindness & Community, Self Defence).
Each presentation is interactive and hands on.
To make an even bigger impact, we divide the participants in tables of 8 with a Team Coach.
The Team Coach is a female community leader who will guide their team of girls through their activities through out the day – by the end of the day, the girls have 7 new friends plus an inspiring role model and a renewed sense of community!

Dorothy is a leader of woman! She has one of the largest female entrepreneur networks in Alberta. Her Womanition magazine is known across the province of Alberta and now has licenses in Calgary and in Nova Scotia!
Dorothy is a huge supporter of our vision. She knows these confident girls are going to be the very leaders she will be profiling in her magazines in 20 years. If we can build their confidence now, they will be taking over the world in a very near future!

Jesse has been a supporter of the Girls on Fire Movement since day one! A mom to Miss Naomi (a Girls on Fire OG Participant), Jesse supported first as a mom, then as a Leader as she believes in teaches girls to go for their dreams! Go make that movie, Go Produce that show, BE WHO YOU WANT!
Jesse will be there to help bring out that inner fire in all of our girls!
