What is the girls on fire confidence conference?

A day of inspiring activities for girls ages 8-13. 

Our mission is for our participants to leave the Conference with a tool kit to help them navigate tween and teen life with confidence. 

We spend the day doing empowering activities that challenge our growth mindset, build confidence and our favourite, teach self defence!

How Does it Work?

Our Conference has participants divided into teams lead by a Table Coach – a female community leader- who will help guide them through the activities presented on stage. 
There are different activities based on different pillars of Girls on Fire – growth mindset, health and fitness, creativity, community and self defence. 
By the end of the day, the girls have not only bonded with their teammates, they have created a confidence tool kit to take home and implement in their lives.
